Damaged or Faulty Orders
Refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days with photos of the wrong or damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will reply to you within 7 working days to address resolving this issue for you.
Other Refunds and Returns
All Goods available for purchase on BibleGen are made to order / personalized. We therefore DO NOT offer refunds or returns on Goods other than Damaged or Faulty Orders (see above).
Exchanges
We DO NOT offer exchanges on any BibleGen Goods as all items are bespoke and made to order.
